Why installs are not self-bookable

Diagnosis comes first

A backup can be a blocked filter or a dead drainfield. Those are the same symptom and very different jobs. Booking a slot before anyone knows which is not useful to you.

Permits change the timeline

Installation and replacement need a permit in both states. There is no honest way to put that on a booking calendar.

Soil decides the design

Whether a lot takes a conventional or an engineered system comes from a site evaluation, not a dropdown.
